In order to ensure that our services continue to meet the needs of our clients, all clients are asked to complete anonymous satisfaction surveys at the conclusion of individual and group assessment sessions. During the past five years, over 98% of clients reported that they were “very satisfied” with the professionalism of our examiners, as well as with the overall quality of GMU’s assessment services.

Many feedback forms contain additional comments, praising the warmth, knowledge and skill levels of particular examiners. We often receive individual notes or e-mails from parents expressing their gratitude for the high quality services provided by specific examiners.
